Hi, I'm Charlie. TL;DR: I write software for fun and money, here's my CV.

There should be a beautiful picture of me here, if there isn't then something went wrong.

ME: I'm a computer science generalist, my main interests being cloud API services, VR games, robotics and web app development (with a security and performance focus). "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one."

NOW: Currently I'm taking some time off to work on personal projects. I do some part time consultancy; if you need help with software development, coaching, code reviews or working with teams with disparate specialisms drop me a line.

PAST: Most recently I was an engineering manager at Automata, makers of the awesome Eva robot arm. Further back I've worked at IBM and Pusher on cloud services and way back when at Intel on manufacturing quality and reliability. I also make (bad) virtual reality games; RacetronicVR, my VR racing game, is available on Steam now.

Thanks for visiting!
